Eucharistic Ministers

Goals and Purpose:

To assist the priest in the distribution of Holy Communion at Weekend Masses.

Responsibilities:

To fulfill monthly assignments for the distribution of Holy Communion.  A monthly schedule is released at least two weeks prior to the start of the new month.

Helpful Attributes:

A prayerful desire to assist the priest during Mass by distributing the Body and Blood of Christ (the Eucharist) to the faithful.

Requirements:

The volunteer must be fully initiated into the Catholic Church (received the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation).  If the volunteer is married, the marriage must be recognized by the Catholic Church.
