Altar Society

Goal and Purpose

To help reduce the work load of our maintenance crew by assisting them with the cleaning and care of various areas in the church and chapel.

Responsibilities

The Altar Society is responsible for cleaning parts of our worship area after the weekend Masses.  Tasks include dusting and sweeping the sactuaries of both the church and chapel, vacuuming the carpets throughout the church, cleaning the glass doors, tidying up the restrooms, and removing any trash from the pews.

Qualifications

This ministry is open to everyone who has an interest in keeping our worship space clean and presentable.  The Altar Society performs its ministry on Monday mornings.
