Humanitarian Relief to Gaza

Special Collection

Bishop Parkes is asking for your financial support to provide "vital humanitarian relief and medical and psychological care for sick, malnourished, and wounded" in Gaza.  To support this effort, please place your donations in an envelope marked "Gaza" and/or write "Gaza" on your check.  All checks should be made out to "St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church."  Your contribution to this effort, can be placed in any of the collection boxes located throughout the church or you can drop them off at the parish office.  Please note: September 22 will be the last day to make a donation.  After September 22, the parish will send one check covering the amount of all contributions to the diocese, which will then send the contributions from all the parishes in the diocese to assist the needy in Gaza.  Thank you for your generosity.

Understanding the Catechism

Monday Evenings

6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

The Catechism of the Catholic Church contains a summary of the teachings of the Church which Catholics are obligated to believe and practice.  On Monday evenings, Father Jim will teach the contents of the Catechism so that the faithful will have a better understanding of the Catholic faith.  All are welcome to attend these classes in Room 3 of the Parish Center.  Please note: there will be a limited number of Catechisms provided for class use; therefore, if you have your own Catechism book, you might want to bring it with you.

Please join us as we celebrate the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 11:00am in the courtyard between the Parish Center and the Malin Center.
